HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery within South Africa:
3-7 business/working days
International delivery:

Delivery is usually between 8am - 5pm from Monday to Friday and is carried out by a third-party courier company. Please note that the courier will attempt to deliver twice before returning the parcel back to us.
You will be liable for the shipping fees to re-send your order.
If you live in an outlying, rural area - these times may be affected.

Please Note : If you live in an outlying, rural area - these times may be affected as our courier service may only offer once a week drop offs.
We recommend using PAXI from PEP where you collect at your chosen PEP store, as Aramex might not be able to deliver at your door step.
For pre-orders it can take from 2 weeks up to 6 weeks.

No. We use PAXI and Aramex as our courier services.

No we do not restock.
The item may not be sold out. It may be on hold in an unpaid order to another customer.
Should the customer not pay for it in 72 hours, the order will be cancelled and the stock will become available again.
We suggest you check back in a few days to see if it is then available.
